Update Anything, Right Where You Stand
Open a child’s profile and you’ll find a new Edit button. Tap it, and the details that used to wait for your laptop are right there:
- Children — names, birthdays, classrooms, photos, medical info, allergies, immunizations, and family details.
- Families — phone numbers, emails, addresses, photos, and who’s connected to which child.
- Staff — roles, contact info, classroom assignments, and photos.
- Attendance — fix a missed sign-in or a mix-up without missing a beat.
Snap a photo at drop-off. Fix a phone number mid-conversation. Jot down an allergy a parent mentions in passing. Whatever you update on your phone shows up everywhere else instantly — and everything you’ve already got in Kinderly is right there waiting for you.
You’re in Control
Editing from the app is something you turn on when you’re ready — and it’s reserved for the people you trust to run your center. Your directors and administrators get the keys; everyone else keeps the app just the way it is today.
Flip it on in a couple of taps, and your team can start keeping records tidy from wherever the day takes them.
Less Walking, More Teaching
The whole idea is simple: stop making your team walk back to the office for a two-minute update. When a parent updates an emergency contact at pickup, you fix it right there. When a new immunization card comes in, it’s in the child’s file before the family reaches the parking lot. When you spot a classroom mix-up during transitions, you sort it on the spot.
The little tasks that used to pile up until the end of the day get handled the moment they come up — so fewer things slip through the cracks, and more of your day stays with the kids.
